The Digital Services of Aragón initiative was created to spotlight the digital transformation process underway in the services provided by the Government of Aragón, with a focus on citizens. hiberus’ digital agency is proud to contribute to this project, bringing expertise in design, usability, and accessibility.

Our Mobile team created Volveremos, an app backed by Zaragoza City Council, along with its back-office for administrators and a back-end handling the app’s logic. The platform supports over 2,000 affiliated businesses, 80,000 users, and processes more than 3,500 transactions per hour to support local commerce.

The global healthcare company partnered with hiberus to create its new platform using Magento 2 Enterprise technology. Employing Agile methodology, our usability and design teams prototyped and delivered a robust, scalable e-commerce solution. The result is an intuitive and efficient platform that enhances user experience while driving growth and competitiveness in the global market.

We carried out a 360º project to improve the citizen experience. This involved the management of more than 400 websites and the creation of 30 new portals, with front ends based on both Drupal and Next.js. We put a special focus on accessibility and usability, ensuring an optimal user experience.

We implemented a Cloud Data Hub with AWS technology, integrated with a Data Governance program, positioning the Government of Aragón as a pioneer in the public sector. This system provides essential data for external applications such as the Spanish Government’s Intermediation Platform and the digital space MiA.

We worked alongside the Ministry of Transport, Mobility, and Urban Agenda to replace their siloed and monolithic data strategy with a unified and scalable repository. We implemented the strategy using a Data Lake on AWS, while also migrating to Python on Azure.

We integrated the Found solution to geolocate offices and encourage face-to-face or video appointment requests, in order to organize the service in a network of more than 500 collaborators.

We implement extraction processes triggered by events using Azure Functions. With Microsoft, our strategic partner, we achieve a SIT (System Integration Tool) that simplifies and unifies information, transforming data into knowledge.

AENA has implemented a complex architecture that integrates all the business logics of its airports and services. This includes the design of websites for loyalty, VIP and B2B services, along with multiple integrations with AENA's internal systems.
