We optimise the logistics process for the distribution of mattresses and other Pikolin products, based on innovation in operational processes. To do this, the strategic framework in which the solution is framed is to anticipate the interaction with the end consumer in order to plan distribution dynamically, depending on the distributor, the location, and the expectations of the end customer.
