Among the main objectives were:
- Renewing technology and optimizing the performance of the office, bank, and ATM locator.
- Increasing qualified traffic to the website.
- Improving the conversion rate through optimized, user-oriented pages.
- Achieving better SEO positioning in search engines by complying with the highest Core Web Vitals standards and performance in the market.
Challenge
The challenge was to attract more organic traffic not directly associated with the brand, i.e., visits from generic searches related to financial products and services, and not just searches for the bank's name. The aim was to expand the reach to new users who were not yet familiar with the institution.
In relation to this main challenge, the US bank wanted to increase interaction and conversion on its website, generating more account openings, loan applications, and clicks to call.
Solution
In order to update Guaranty Bank & Trust's store locator, it was essential to migrate from its previous technology, which limited the platform's potential, to an optimized Yext solution.
Yext is a leading digital presence management platform that allows brands to centralize and optimize all their business information: branches, hours, pages, reviews, and internal search engine.
In this project, we implemented Yext Pages, websites optimized for efficiency and SEO that are built using Yext's data model. Thanks to this technology, we developed location domains for different brand needs, such as offices, banks, and ATMs.

The solution is based on Knowledge Graph, a central repository that organizes and connects structured and unstructured data, such as locations, FAQs, reviews, schedules, attributes, and more. This ensures that search and response models always work with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
In addition, another essential requirement of the project was to have specialized support in SEO and data model management. Yext combines all these tools in a single platform, making it the ideal solution to meet all of Guaranty Bank & Trust's objectives.
The update was carried out over a period of two months.
Development of the unified digital experience
During the first month, our Smart Commerce team developed the new pages on Yext's headless architecture, maintaining visual consistency with the previous ones, but with a revamped design, improved performance, and built with the latest versions of React.
At the same time, we centralized and managed all brand information from Yext, which involved migrating and adapting listings, pages, reviews, and the internal search engine, thus achieving unified and more efficient administration.
Optimized visibility and performance
In the second stage, the SEO and QA teams played a key role. On the one hand, we worked on optimizing Guaranty Bank & Trust's organic positioning to attract a higher volume of qualified traffic and improve its visibility in search engines, with the aim of positioning ourselves at the top of keywords such as “locations” or “ATMs” in the region where the bank operates.
At the same time, we conducted a UX/UI and data audit focused on the locator's landing pages, seeking to evaluate their usability and the strategy applied to each one. This allowed us to identify opportunities for improvement in both the user experience and the management and consistency of information.
Finally, we ensured the quality of the software throughout the platform's life cycle, guaranteeing a stable and robust solution.

At hiberus, we have ensured the proper maintenance of Guaranty Bank & Trust's applications, focusing on constantly updating its location information and optimizing the user experience. All of this translates into more traffic, greater interaction, and an increase in conversion.
The results speak for themselves: since the solution was launched, the portal has seen a 150% increase in visits.
In addition, the impact and importance of SEO have been significant, with a 23% increase in impressions on Google Search and a 129% increase on Google Maps.
